Versatile LED Surface-Mounted Light from Brumberg

The outdoor LED surface-mounted light MAKIRA from Brumberg impresses with its modern, round design and its versatile application possibilities on walls and ceilings. With a diameter of 25 cm and a slim depth of 4.8 cm, it integrates harmoniously into various room concepts. The black, powder-coated plastic housing made of robust polycarbonate is not only visually appealing but also particularly resistant to external influences. The luminaire is ideal for use in both indoor and outdoor areas, offering flexible design options.

High-Quality Lighting Technology for Pleasant Illumination

The MAKIRA LED surface-mounted light delivers a homogeneous, diffuse area light with a beam angle of 120°. It is equipped with an opal diffuser that distributes the light evenly while ensuring glare-free lighting. The luminaire features a dimmable phase-cut control, allowing the light intensity to be individually adjusted. Additionally, the color temperature can be conveniently selected at the rear switch: 2700K (extra warm white), 3000K (warm white), or 4000K (neutral white). This creates the perfect lighting ambiance for every occasion.

Efficient Energy Consumption and Sustainable Construction

With a power consumption of only 18 watts, the luminaire achieves a luminous flux of 1700 lumens and an excellent luminous efficacy of 94 lumens per watt. This saves energy and protects the budget. The integrated LED driver is included in the scope of delivery and ensures stable power supply. The luminaire operates at a mains voltage of 230 volts and a frequency of 50 Hz. Furthermore, the LED technology is replaceable by a professional, which extends the lifespan of the luminaire and increases sustainability.

Robust Protection Classes for High Safety

The MAKIRA surface-mounted light meets the IP65 protection rating standard for protection against dust and jet water. This makes it excellently suited for environments where moisture or dirt may occur. Additionally, the luminaire offers IK08 impact resistance, providing increased protection against vandalism and mechanical impacts. With protection class 2, safe operation without a protective conductor is ensured. These robust characteristics make the luminaire ideal for private, commercial, and public areas.

Practical Installation and Individual Design

Installation is uncomplicated as a surface-mounted light via a clamp connection, allowing easy connection to the power network. However, wiring multiple luminaires in series is not intended. Optionally, the luminaire can be enhanced with a decorative ring that individually upgrades the design. Weighing only 0.98 kg, the luminaire is also easy to handle. Overall, the MAKIRA LED surface-mounted light offers a combination of appealing design, efficient lighting technology, and reliable protective functions.
